Keeping it Simple and Smart

I wrote the post below titled "Keeping it Simple (and Smart) for Solar Hot Water" for our blog at Renewable Energy World but I thought I'd share it here as well.  In almost every industry (web design, especially) there is desire for simple, efficient solutions to common problems.

Happy Birthday Nikola Tesla!

CartaNova Web Design hero Nikola Tesla had his 154th birthday celebrated on Saturday and Facebook group Team Tesla made this cute video in his honour.  In short, Edison was a complete jerk to both our favorite inventor and a most unfortunate circus elephant.

They won NASA's Space Elevator Prize ($900,000!) in 2009 - claiming first place in stage one of the Power-Beaming competition.  Their past work includes a shockingly accurate mosquito-zapping 'laser fence' [video] with funding from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.  They are LaserMotive! We're very excited to present this exclusive interview.

We're proud to announce a relaunched web site for Solarnetix Inc., our clients selling high-end solar hot water heating stations and controllers in Toronto, Ontario.

Renewable Energy company web sites have unique requirements.  The site must include a clear marketing concept, easy navigation, and quick access to detailed technical information.
